Tips for installing sanitary butterfly valve

• It is best to install SS sanitary butterfly valves upright and vertically on the pipeline. A support frame should be added to the valve where the weight is large and there is vibration.
• The body of the stainless steel sanitary butterfly valve should avoid excessive stress due to severely different shafts between the front and rear piping or the adjusted flange.
• Flush the piping system before installing the regulating valve before the initial start of construction and after the maintenance is stopped. Or install a transition filter in front of the valve.
• The sanitary BF valve must be installed in accordance with the arrow on the flow direction of the valve body in an environment where there is no severe corrosive gas.
