Tips: Crane scale operating attentions and daily maintenance

Attentions in using crane scale:

1. Do not operate the crane scale in overload for a long time , which will easily damage the load cell of crane scale.
2. In order to keep measurement result correct, the measured object should be hung on the middle position of upper and lower hook.
3. Check whether the screws and plugs of the digital OCS crane scale are loose or dropped before power on.
4. When crane scale is working, in order to prevent faults occur, do not directly push the crane scale, but directly push the heavy objects, if the direction or position of the weight must be changed.
5. There shall be no seizure between the hooks and the axle pin, that is, the contact surface in the vertical direction should be at the center point, and should not be contacted on both sides.
6. It is strictly forbidden to use crane scale in outdoor lightning environment.
7. When the crane weight scale is working, keep no one is standing around it.
8. When the digital OCS crane scale is not in use, all the heavy objects should be unloaded.

Daily maintenance of the crane scale:

1. Regularly check whether the assembly of the crane scale is loose and biased.
2. Regularly check whether the shackles of the digital crane scale and the contact surface of the hook are seriously worn.
3. When the crane scale is not in use, put it in a dry and ventilated place.
