Feature

  • Non-contact Speed Measurement: The Hall effect principle enables precise speed measurement without contact with rotating parts, thereby eliminating mechanical wear and sensor damage. This makes the electronic tachometer particularly suitable for precision equipment and high-speed rotation scenarios.
  • High-definition LCD Display: Features a 4-digit high-contrast screen with a wide viewing angle, ensuring clear and stable real-time speed readings even in bright or dim lighting conditions.
  • Wide Range & Fast Response: Covers a measurement range of 30–9999rpm, with high resolution and rapid response. The RPM gauge accurately captures subtle low-speed variations and maintains stable performance even in near 10,000 RPM high-speed conditions.
  • Broad Compatibility: Suitable for various motors, engines, turbines, fans, pumps, and transmission systems.
  • Wide Voltage Power Supply: Supports a wide input range of DC 8–24V and AC 110–230V, with low power consumption. Easily adapts to industrial control cabinets, mobile equipment power sources, or global power grids for flexible installation.
  • Rugged & Durable: Built with an industrial-grade sealed structure, the small electronic tachometer is compact, impact-resistant and dustproof. Capable of long-term stable operation in harsh environments with vibration, oil contamination, and significant temperature or humidity variations.

Tips: How does the electronic tachometer with hall effect switch work?

Hall effect tachometer measures rotational speed through a non-contact method. When a rotating component equipped with magnets or gears passes by the Hall switch, the periodically changing magnetic field causes the switch to output electrical pulse signals. The electronic tachometer's processor counts these pulses and, combined with the preset gear tooth count parameter, calculates the rotational speed in real time using the speed formula. The result is then displayed digitally on the LCD screen.
