Tips: How to adjust the gear ratio of the 85mm analog tachometer?

  1. Press and hold the black rubber button on the analog tachometer for 3 seconds to enter the gear ratio setting mode. If the button is released for 3 seconds, the gear ratio setting mode is exited, and the set data is automatically saved.
  2. After entering the setting mode, press and hold the button to continuously increase the value; release the button and then press and hold again to continuously decrease the value. The gear ratio adjustment range is 1–300. Once the desired gear ratio is reached, release the button for 3 seconds, and the value will be saved automatically. Within the range of 1–12, the step increment is 0.1; within the range of 12–300, the step increment is 0.5.
  3. If the sensor is installed on the flywheel, the gear ratio equals the number of engine gear teeth. If the speed signal of the 85mm analog RPM gauge is taken from the W terminal signal, the gear ratio equals half the number of poles (Poles/2).
