Tips: Working principle of float liquid level switch

Using the magnetic float of the float liquid level switch to rise or fall with the liquid level, the sensor can detect the action of the reed tube chip at the set position in the pipe, and send out the contact on (off) conversion signal.

In airtight nonmagnetic conductivity tube fitted with one or more of the dry reed pipe, then the tube through one or more hollow and internal ring magnets floating ball, rise or fall of liquids will drive the floating ball move up and down together, so that the nonmagnetic conductivity tube suction reed tube or disconnect, so as to output a switch signal.
