Installation Precautions
- Install the oval gear in a horizontal position as much as possible.
- Install the meter at the output end of the pump body.
- Install a filter in front of the meter to stop the passage of 0.2 mm microliter and prevent the meter from clogging.
- It is advisable to install a back valve in front of the meter so that only one-way flow is possible in the pipeline to prevent counter loss.
- Installation can be from top to bottom left to right.
Application

Tips: Oval Gear Flow Meter Using Tips

Clean the line. The new pipeline should be cleaned before operation, and often then washed with solid flow to remove residual welding chips, dirt, etc. At this time, the front and rear stop valves of the instrument should be closed to let the liquid flow through the bypass pipe. If there is no bypass pipe, install short pipe instead.

Exhaust the gas. Usually after the solid liquid sweeps, there is still a lot of air left in the pipeline. With the pressure operation, the air flows through the positive displacement flowmeter at a higher velocity, and the movable measuring element may run too fast, damaging the shaft and bearing.
