 Tips: What should be pay attention to in mechanical force gauge operation?

1. Before using mechanical force gauge, the zero position must be adjusted first. When using right-handed, turn the knob on the watch cover clockwise so that the memory pointer and active pointer point to the zero mark on the dial.
2. When using left rotation, turn the knob of the watch cover counterclockwise so that the memory pointer is close to the active pointer, and the active pointer points to the zero mark on the dial. According to the size of the measured force, select a spring dynamometer with a suitable range, and the measurement range cannot be exceeded, and the range should not be too large.
3. Check whether the pointer of the push pull gauge points to the zero position. If it does not point to the zero position, it needs to be zeroed. The general method of zeroing is to move the pointer to zero. The direction of the measured force should be consistent with the axis of the analog force gauge. When reading, in addition to reading the value indicated by the graduation value on the dynamometer, one more digit should be estimated.
