Tips: A trial run should be carried out after the installation of CCHN 75mm worm gearbox

Each device needs to be tested after installation. This is to check whether the device has other potential faults. The same is true for worm gearbox reducers. This is an indispensable step. After the CCHN 75mm worm gearbox is installed, it can be tested for about 2 hours, and the load needs to be slowly applied. After the worm gearbox reducer has been tested for a period of time, carefully check whether the fasteners of the machine are loose to ensure its safe operation. Pay attention to the noise and heat dissipation of the worm gear speed reducer during the trial operation.

Check the usage of the lubricating oil of the 75mm worm gearbox reducer:

  1. Check the lubricating oil bitmap of the worm gear reducer and cut off its power supply to avoid electric shock and wait for the gear to cool.
  2. Remove the oil level plug to check whether the oil is full, and the oil level plug can be installed only after it is qualified.
  3. Open the oil storage tank, take out a small amount of samples, and check the viscosity index of the lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil is very dirty, it should be replaced quickly with new lubricating oil.
  4. When replacing the lubricating oil, the viscosity of the original lubricating oil will increase after cooling and it is difficult to drain, so the 75mm worm gear reducer should be changed at the working temperature.
