Tips: How to extend the service life of CCHN 150mm worm gearbox?

The CCHN 150mm worm gearbox should be adequately maintained during use to make the reducer have a longer life. The specific operations are as follows:

1. After the 150mm worm gearbox has been operated for 200-300 hours, the oil should be changed once, and the quality of the oil should be checked regularly in the future use, and the oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated should be replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, for a long-term continuous working worm gear reducer, new oil should be replaced every 5000 hours of operation or once a year. The long-term use of the 150mm worm gearbox reducer should also be replaced with new oil before re-operation. The worm gearbox should be added with the same oil of the original brand, and shall not be mixed with oils of different brands. The oils of the same brand but different viscosity are allowed to be mixed.
2. When the 150mm worm gearbox is working, when it is found that the oil temperature exceeds 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and abnormal noise is generated, stop using it. Check the cause and eliminate the fault. After replacing the lubricating oil, continue to run.
3. The user should have reasonable use and maintenance rules and regulations. The operation of the gearbox reducer and the problems found during the inspection should be carefully recorded. The above regulations should be strictly implemented.
4. When changing the oil, wait for the worm gearbox reducer to cool down and there is no danger of combustion, but it should still be warm. After the oil is completely cooled, the viscosity increases and it is difficult to drain the oil. Cut off the power supply of the transmission to prevent accidental energization.
