Tips: How to reduce the pulsation for explosion-proof peristaltic pump?
- Under the same flow rate, choose a thinner hose for the explosion-proof peristaltic pump. The smaller the flow per revolution of the used tubing, the smaller the pulsation amplitude.
- Use a pulse damper. Use the principle of air compression to absorb the pulsation of explosion-proof peristaltic pump.
- Increase the number of rollers of explosion-proof peristaltic pump. Increase the frequency of pulsation and reduce the amplitude of pulsation.
- Use 2 pump heads, and stagger the rollers at an angle. Use pulsation cross complement to eliminate pulsation.
- Adopt back pressure. Output pulling force, deform the pump tubing, so as to absorb the pulsation of explosion-proof peristaltic pump.
