Tips: 4 Preparations before using the electric rebar bender

• Please check whether the mechanical performance of the electric rebar bender is good. The surface of the workbench and steel bending machine should be kept level. Prepare various mandrels and tool blocks.
• Install the mandrel according to the steel bar diameter and the electric steel bar bending machine instructions to form the profiled shaft. The mandrel diameter of the iron stop shaft or variable block should be 2.5 times the diameter of the steel bar.
• Please check the spindle. The stopper and turntable must not be damaged or cracked, and the protective cover must be fastened and reliable.
• After the rebar bending machine starts, it should run without load for a period of time, and then start running after confirming that it is normal.
