Applications
The 3mm*5kV insulating rubber sheet has good physical and mechanical properties and excellent insulation properties. It can work in a dry environment with high dielectric coefficient requirements in the air of -35~+100℃. It is suitable for laying workbenches and grounds in electronic places, laying and installing grounds in power stations and substations.

Tips: Insulating rubber sheet structure
The insulating rubber sheet should be made of rubber-like insulating materials, and the upper surface should be designed with wrinkles or diamond patterns to enhance the anti-skid performance of the surface, and the back can be made of cloth or other anti-skid materials.
Insulating rubber sheet quality Standard:
- Appearance: Spots or unevenness. The depth or height must not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber pad.
- Bubbles: No more than 5 bubbles with an area less than 1cm² per square meter, and the distance between any two bubbles is not less than 40mm.
- Impurities: The depth and length shall not exceed the thickness of the rubber pad and shall not be less than 40mm.
- Uneven edges or spongy: Width no more than 10mm, length no more than 1/10 of the total length of the rubber pad.
- Cracks: Not allowed.
