The current in the rotor winding is not by the stator rotating magnetic field induction, but oneself. The rotor has nothing to do with the stator rotating magnetic field and the direction of magnetic pole is fixed. According to the principle of like charges repel and opposite charges attract, the stator rotating magnetic field will drive the rotor rotation, and make the rotor magnetic field and rotor and stator rotating magnetic field rotate synchronously.
