Tips: How to install an electric winch?

The use of electric winches, of course, starts with the installation. This step is not complicated, but it is the most important step because it is directly related to the subsequent steps and the use of the winch. The most important thing here is to pay attention to the condition of the drum of the noose, and to ensure that the noose is evenly wound before starting and throughout the use. The specific installation process is as follows:

1. Insert the remote control. Insert the end of the remote control cable into the winch.

2. Do not let the remote control cable hang. If you are a driver and operate the remote control in the driver's seat, it will be much more convenient to work the extra wiring around the side mirror of the car.

3. Open the noose, use the remote control to release the noose a little and then open the noose hook installed on the side of the winch.

4. Open the clutch. Be sure to open the clutch after opening the hook.

5. Hold the noose hook with your hand. When pulling the noose from the drum, hold the hook with one hand so that no matter how long the noose is pulled, the hook will not be out of reach.

6. After pulling the noose to the fulcrum, lock the clutch.
